Your DiSC Workshop experience starts with each participant completing an online questionnaire, which takes about 20 minutes. Participants then have immediate access to the Everything DiSC on Catalyst learning experience. Their access is ongoing – it does not expire once our workshop ends.
All of our DiSC Workshops include Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst, which takes the best-selling Everything DiSC Workplace experience to the next level. Designed to build more effective relationships at work, Workplace on Catalyst helps people adapt to others in real-time. With this base experience, participants will:

In addition, we provide the workshop’s sponsor with ongoing DiSC-related support and guidance.
Finally, workshop sponsors can add new users to their organization’s Everything DiSC on Catalyst platform at very competitive per learner rates. We will either add new learners on behalf of the sponsor or set up a white-label online administrative platform (called an EPIC subaccount) for the organization to add new learners themselves.
Our standard DiSC Workshops can be expanded to include Everything DiSC Agile EQ. Agile EQ supports development of the emotional intelligence necessary to support what organizations need most right now—a thriving, agile culture. By combining the personalized insights of DiSC with active emotional intelligence development, participants learn to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly.
