WHAT IS EVERYTHING DiSC CERTIFICATION?

The Everything DiSC Certification course is a two-week, blended learning experience designed for L&D and HR professionals who want to implement and scale Everything DiSC within their organizations. The course consists of:

Self-Paced Learning

Complete five asynchronous, highly engaging, online learning modules that are immediately applicable in the workplace. And the online Learning Center remains accessible to our DiSC Certification graduates indefinitely.

Virtual Classroom

Attend four live virtual sessions over two weeks. Each week you will participate in two, 120-minute Zoom sessions led by our DiSC experts, who are also experienced C-level consultants. We keep our classes small intentionally (~ 12 learners) to encourage rich discussions and open sharing. Learn from the experiences of other talented professionals in your DiSC Certification cohort.

Application Project

During the fourth live session, you will present an application project summary (e.g., an upcoming DiSC workshop plan; an anticipated developmental coaching scenario; etc.) to synthesize your learnings and receive valuable feedback from your peers and instructors.

Certification Exam

A final online Certification Exam will measure your understanding of key Everything DiSC concepts. 

Practitioner Badge

You will earn 20 SHRM recertification hours for this training session.

We keep our DiSC Certification classes small, approximately 12 learners per session. That way, we can tailor discussions to topics of specific interest to you and other members of your DiSC Certification training cohort.

Our four live Zoom sessions feature additional, custom-developed content that is unique to our sessions. For example, we distribute several useful handouts developed exclusively for our DiSC Certification partners. And yes, we consider our DiSC assessment certification learners to be long-term partners. We support you and your organization’s Everything DiSC journey indefinitely.

For example, we offer our certification graduates one-on-one training to jumpstart their use of the EPIC administrative system (i.e., the back-office system through which you send DiSC assessment links to learners). A white-label EPIC account, plus 100 EPIC credits, is included in our certification bundles (a $783 value).

For groups of five or more DiSC Certification learners from the same organization, we will design and schedule a private online training course to meet your group’s specific needs and timing. Online certification requires attendance at four, 2-hour, live, instructor-led virtual sessions typically spaced over two calendar weeks.

The registration fee is either $1,595 per learner, if learners already own the required Facilitation Kit, or $2,595 per learner, if learners need to purchase Facilitation Kits.

Alternatively, members of the group can separately register for one or more of our public DiSC Certification classes for the same registration fees. Please contact us for details and applicable special purchase codes.
